We began collaborating with local government institutions in 2014. Our first major assignment, commissioned by DLDP, was to develop an integrated one-stop-shop model for delivering administrative services to municipalities across Albania (EU). To achieve the expected results in a dynamic environment—amid ongoing sectoral reforms—we conducted an in-depth analysis of workflows, user experiences, regulations, and citizen perspectives.
Ultimately, we did more than just design a theoretical service delivery model for the new municipalities. We translated it into a fully functional software solution, enabling municipalities to efficiently provide administrative services.
Our close collaboration with municipalities gave us valuable insights into the sector’s challenges and opportunities. We leveraged this knowledge to develop a comprehensive software platform that supports local government institutions of varying types and sizes, managing diverse territories and delivering a wide range of services.
